Happy February!

Welcome to a new month of 2021! Thank you to all who joined Sunday us as Minister Lewis introduced a new unit for the month of February "The Call of Women", starting with "Women Speak Out". Join us as we continue to study the significance of women in God's Plan. After Sunday School, Pastor Beard brought us a word on God's Rest coming from Hebrews 3 & 4, giving us several examples of where to find His rest in the Bible. 

    "Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array. By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work." Genesis 2:1-2

I guess it's time to introduce myself, Sis Jessica Lewis. I have been attending Mt. Zion for 25 years and am incredibly grateful for this church to call home.  I graduated from Central Washington University, and came back to Pendleton to teach Elementary Special Education. On my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and riding my horses.
