On Sunday, Pastor Beard brought the Sunday school lesson from Ezra 6:1-12 on Support for Needed Projects.
Key Verse: Ezra 6:12
“And the God that hath caused his name to dwell there destroy all kings and people, that shall put to their hand to alter and to destroy this house of God which is a Jerusalem. I Darius have made a decree; let it be done with speed.”THINK ABOUT IT: Israels history has been one of reoccurring impossible odds. Indeed, from her inception with Israel has faced episode after episode of impossible scenarios. It all began with their founders Abraham and Sarah who were unable to conceive children, that was an impossible scenario. The same was true for their enslavement in Egypt, and their exile from Babylon, which we're exploring today. Bare in mind beloved, that Israel's history is our help. Since God has brought them through such impossible scenarios, surely God can bring us through our present adversity too.
