In some instances, people have failed to accept the death of a parent or child, sealing them in their rooms rather than calling and reporting their death to the authorities. The power and finality of death can reduce the mentality and rationale of a person and nearly drive them to a loss of sanity. Mourning takes on many forms and is exhibited by people differently.
